Lower Control Arms We have recently introduced our replacement LCAs. These LCAs have a highly flexible (30 degrees) Johhny Joint on the frame end and urethane bushings on the axle end. Between the joints is a piece of 1.5" .250" (1/4") wall DOM tubing. You'll have to work real hard to bend these. They currently come painted either black or red but we can accommodate most color requests. In response to customer requests we are now offering adjustable upper control arms. These control arms have an adjustable Johnny Joint on one end for increased flex over the stock arms (30 degrees) and a urethane bushing on the opposite end for a flexible yet stable attachment that will isolate road vibration. The tube between the rod ends is 1" X .156" wall DOM, far stronger than the pathetic stock arms. These adjustable arms will allow those that want to adjust their pinion angle to do so.

We all know that the OEM LCA mounts are crap at best. So rather than bolt on armor around a still crappy LCA mount replace them with a WELD ON 1/4" plate LCA mount that is ramped to get up over the rocks as well.
This is a WELD ON part!!!! You will have to cut the old mount off and weld these back on to the frame. The washers included are to space the stock LCAs inside the mount. The width of the nount is built to accept a standard sized joint such as a standard Johnny joint.

In an effort to provide our customer with products they want we will build control arms in any configuration you choose. Recently a client added a set of Rough stuff LCA mounts and was worried that they were not welded on in the exact position of the OEM mounts.
In order to make sure that the rear was positioned correctly he ordered a set of LCAs with a urethane bushing on one end and an adjustable Johnny Joint on the opposite end with 1.75" X 1/4" wall DOM tubing between. Rather than just threading the tube to accept the adjustable end we use a weld in bung with a hex nut, this allows for getting the jamb night nice and tight. He also requested orange paint.
